Return and Refund Policy
At Purrfcats, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, unless faulty, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products, which can be returned for a refund during the warranty period.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Bank Account: Verify if the refund has been posted.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@purrfcats.com. We are here to assist you and ensure you receive your refund promptly.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided when you request your return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or change an order that has not yet shipped, please email us at support@purrfcats.com. Please note that it may not always be possible to cancel an order that is packed and awaiting dispatch. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in process.
